In my business experience I have realized that many just “fanning” to start your business. Many do well precisely because they know they can go wrong. That is, its success is precisely that and nothing else is tossed.

Not to sound simplistic but I have to say. You do not need a college education, or much money, or be gifted. Think about it logically. If higher education was the key, then the business professors from prestigious universities all would be millionaires. Would be all business, the truth is that most are not. On the other hand, those who have no formal education or special talents should have no business. The reality is that many business owners are uneducated. The same applies to language and immigration status. If this is your barrier, awake, the barrier exists only in your mind. (We will speak more on this)

To make it clearer, this is what Donald Trump said (one of the wealthiest businessmen in the world) in its program “The Apprentice”. A program of business competition, where they were to end a high school entrepreneur and one who never went to school.

“This only proves one thing: You do not need to be smart …. academically, not smart at school of life … you just need to simply be smart ….” “It’s hard. I have children and a family to support. I have many debts.” These are common excuses for not starting a business. These are just symptoms of fear. But Fear can be your friend. Being afraid is normal. It is one of the best sources of adrenaline. Use it to your advantage. As they say, “My God, teach me what I fear to fear no more” The rush of business, like having more money, more time with your family, and wanting a business is what will lead to successful. Do it. Do not hesitate any more than they should. Remember NOT need education, or much money, nor any secret formula (though no doubt this will help a lot). Now If …. The 5 points of the Why Start A Business?

Your efforts and ideas all you only benefit you. Not In Your Head.
As an employee you earn a salary generally very low compared to what you generate in revenue for the company and its owner. If you think about notaries than average employee work more than 70,000 hours in your life. And in the end what? You get your check, you spend it and start from scratch again. What about your heritage? Does your family? Goodbye, good, and forward.

An employee of a major company in California, told his boss he should sell the goods “in Spanish” for Latinos, which resulted in thousands if not millions of dollars for the company … it is as common employee (can boast as the author of the idea but can not teach anything about the profits of it, because he is not the owner.)

Limit Of Your Income Determine What You Do not You And Your Boss:
If you are an employee will earn what the company determines that you win. Furthermore, always earn less than your supervisor, your supervisor unless your boss, and so on. If you uncover will you sacrifice, and work overtime as many good workers, but usually you can move very slowly. (Unless you’re a Fox in Coca Cola.) However, you as owner will earn as much as you decide what you fight and conquer. Your income, you control them. If you want done and you do well, as a business owner can earn thousands or even millions of dollars.

Gabriel, a former employee of AT & T processed all applications collected dozens of temporary employees of the company. It had a base salary. One day he decided to start his own company, temporary workers and services sold to AT & T. Initially his business was very small, but later expanded to UPS and other large companies. Today, does the same as before, but now for your own business … It has over 500 employees in its payroll!

you can enjoy your own schedule and Flexibility:
As usual, your job requires your time Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, take your “lunch” at noon, and late is punished. As an entrepreneur, if you plan well, you can control your schedule entry, exit, be more flexible, take the time to eat, and even missing when your family or loved ones require. Work to live, not live to work! This is difficult to achieve but not impossible to achieve. Fight, and you’ll make plans. Joaquin is a very good designer. Makes Web sites for the movie industry. She loved her job but hated his time and he had to cross traffic to get to the office where she worked. Today is a small Web design business. From time to time we lunch together and have taken up to 3 hours … it does not matter since the design can be done later, but not lunch. The Power To Be Your Own Boss.

Habemos many types of people. Some do not like to send us. Others do not like to always obey and execute the ideas of others. But above all, many of us love to have our own creativity, our own plans, our way of doing it. How many times have you disagreed with your boss on how to do the job, but in the end, you have to shut up and obey. I hate that feeling. Being your own boss, you will not pay anybody, only few yourself. (Though, believe me, the head is narrower and delicate self, or at least should be) They out there that the person who started working for a small Starbucks coffee in Seattle, Washington. He fought with his bosses to change the process and was served coffee in those days. The coffee was more routine, simple, solemn, and refined. He wanted to put more flavor and nuance. Something that would represent a more American culture and make it more inclusive for all people. As it failed to convince his bosses, he had to do on their own. The rest is history. Today Starbucks coffee chain is the most successful and accounts with over 17,000 establishments. (Starbucks does not sell franchises, the owners own all the cafes.) Just Because You’re Able.

Believe it or not there are countless entrepreneurs starting a business just to prove to themselves that they are able to. I mean, I have money, financial freedom, property, time, and more, but desire and enjoy creating a successful business. Why not? Success in a business gives you great personal satisfaction. You feel “the king of the world.” To many it is more rewarding to own a successful business to get a college degree, to be the best worker of the company, and until they win a trophy for athletics. Simple, simple, and simply do it because you can.

Not to sound like an idealist or an illusionist but to illustrate the previous point you comment on the following. Howard Hughes, a millionaire businessman, a few decades ago, joined the airline industry just because I wanted to prove he could do very well. He did. In fact, today the industry is what it is for the great contribution of Howard Hughes. Previously, the flying experience was very unique and turbulent. Moreover, the government regulated the industry much. Only a few companies could fly. He sought to turn the industry into a more stable, competitive, and to allow planes to fly higher, safer, and for less money and save the trip for people. Today. Millions of people travel by air every day thanks in part to Mr. Hughes.
