No CommentsWith medical errors are all errors that occur by a specified medical treatment, or an undesirable and avoidable side effect of medical treatment. A medical error is usually caused by a doctor, nurse or paramedical personnel. Besides the error term, the term collateral damage (English: adverse effects) are recognized. The definition of collateral damage is an unintended result caused by the (non) actions of a caregiver and / or through the care system with serious harm to the patient so that there is any temporary or permanent restriction or death of the patient.
