All human beings make mistakes and in daily life one assumes responsibility for errors, negligence or fault, but when faced with what common sense displayed as medical negligence, we must be cautious, because they “always” there is a way of find justification through the figure of the risk associated with an illness or surgery, in that sense, as Chileans we should feel very proud of the honesty and ethics of health professionals … to the point where they may think that we have the best doctors in the world because in Chile never negligent but simply are risks associated … therefore we can be confident and say that in Chile we have the only perfect human beings …
