No CommentsIf you realize that you have a mental problem and decide someone’s arm to take to guide you in solving it, knock you basically only with a so-called primary care provider, a free-based counselor, psychologist, (psycho) therapist or psychiatrist. Problems often treated by primary care providers include anxiety and stress symptoms, burnout, relationship problems, loneliness, unexplained physical symptoms, emotional symptoms, depression and various types of traumas.
