Bankruptcy happens to the best of us. The good news is that bankruptcy is not the end of the world! You can rebuild your credit history at any time if you want!
A couple of suggestions:
- Change your habits! Chances are your burden on the debt itself. Even if you did not see their customs and see if you need to make new ones.
- Update all items in your credit report that were included in the bankruptcy. This prevents items constantly hitting your score.
- Get a secured credit card. (It might actually be able to get an unsecured card!)
- Use your savings to create a secured loan. This is a no brainer! Real debt free credit!
- You should ask if someone makes you an authorized user on your good credit. A parent, friend or even your spouse may be willing to help.
With these tips, you will find a great credit in a short period of time. Best of luck in your new financial future!
